Well I for one see a number of things there that could be considered excellent bush food. Though I don't think so with that Hedgehog cacti.
To me the Nopal tastes like string beans, the Yucca tastes like slight or mild bitter iceberg lettuce leave with identical cruchy texture with an aromatic perfumy sort of flavour.
